I've pushed a new version of my app and I see random "App Failed to Start" messages. I don't know why, but sometimes I see this error page and some other times it doesn't appear.

I've got some complaints from my cliens and I neither know what is failing nor how to solve it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Great thanks in advance. p.s.
