Everything is pro-rated based on the percentage of the month you use it. For example I turned on SSL:Hostname towards the end of a month and received this on my bill: Ssl:Hostname - $20.00 per month = 2.24% $0.45
So SLL it only cost me 45 cents for that last 2% of the month.
