I am trying to create an xml response from heroku, but the response
seems to come back as plain text. i don't have this issue in my
localhost, just in heroku. i also get the following error message:

when i view source, i see the raw xml code:

xml.instruct!
xml.Response do
xml.Say "Hello world."
end

instead of:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Response>
<Say>Hello anu, our app is getting ready.</Say>
</Response>

any suggestions?
btw, i am a total newbie to xml responses, so pardon me if i am asking
some dumb questions here....
