I just updated my heroku gem from 1.17.5 to 2.1.4. Suddenly, the gem does not recognize my default app. I have a git remote called 'heroku', but when I try, for example, heroku console, I get 'No app specified'.
Obviously, it works when I add '--app myapp', but I'd rather not specify the app everytime. The gem recognized my default app before the upgrade, anyone else having this issue? I searched the docs, this forum, and google, could not find anything on setting the default app name for heroku.
