When deploying, rails is not precompiling my assets. Notice below that
it skips the precompile command:

Cleaning up the bundler cache.

Injecting rails_log_stdout
Injecting rails3_serve_static_assets

Procfile declares types -> (none)
Default types for Ruby/Rails -> console, rake, web, worker
-----> Compiled slug size is 16.2MB
-----> Launching... done, v35
I have not manually compiled before production so I am not sure why
Heroku is failing to do this for me.
