i got this pgbackup file named b004.dump . i want it to be uploaded to my heroku app. im using this command
$ heroku pgbackups:restore DATABASE b004 the error is that: ! Please add the pgbackups addon first via: $ heroku addons:add pgbackups when i run this command than error arises: ! Please verify your account to install this add-on ! For more information, see http://devcenter.heroku.com/categories/billing !
