@Heroku, This may not be intended as an official support channel, but how about assigning someone to hang out here and answer questions? Many questions here go unanswered, and that isn't only recently.
Even if the answer is just to read the documentation, or contact Support directly, or "Sorry, can't help with that one," it's better than nothing. It looks bad.
