Search your app folder on whichever OS you're using either the GUI find
utility (ctrl-F on Linux or Cmd -F on OS X: I don't have a Windows box but
it'll be something similar) & search for file type `index.php` (without the
back ticks).
or if on *nix try at the command line:
$ find /your/app/folder/ -name index.php -type f -print
replacing /your/app/folder/ with the actual name of the folder.
