Ouch.
Sorry for this inconvenience - there seems to be a problem with 
authentication in some cases.
May I ask you to check the following:
After logging in to api.heroku .com and selecting "My Account", your can 
find your "API Key".
Is it identical to the second line in the file ~/.heroku/credentials on 
your computer?
If not, this is the reason, and I have to look into this.
