The "Msg&data rates may apply txt STOP to opt-out" is required by MMA
(mobile marketing association) guidelines. Twilio offer a long-codes
solution which doesn't fall under the MMA guidelines where Moonshado
addon provides a short-code solution, short-code based messages are
required to follow MMA guidelines and thus require "Msg&data rates may
apply txt STOP to opt-out" footer.
