1) The dashboard seems to offer only 30-minute increments on daily process scheduling times. Is there a way to schedule for times not on the half-hour (e.g. 8:15 UTC)?
2) What happens if a task scheduled to start at 8:00 is still running at 8:30 and there is a task scheduled for 8:30? If you are running the minimal (one-dyno) configuration, what will happen?
