Thanks for the updates.

Nothing has changed that should require the ownership/reauth stuff you
mentioned (that I'm aware of).  So I'm still not sure what else to
tell you on this unfortunately.

There was a bug in the heroku-accounts integration that I fixed but
was just released (like 15 minutes ago), so you might have better luck
with that now.

Also not sure on the git config if you only have the one.  Could you
paste a copy of the config somewhere for me so that I can investigate
more closely?
