Ricardo,

Cedar uses an entirely new git infrastructure than Bamboo. For a number of
reasons, it is not unusual for Cedar pushes to be slower than Bamboo,
though it sounds like you're seeing a particularly drastic difference.

We are also working in the near term to improve the performance of Cedar
pushes overall.
