The bin file will still be available, even after switching versions, but the dependencies will not be. If you want this to work, after switching to ruby 1.9.2 you should run `gem install heroku` to install the dependencies, then everything should work fine. Sorry for the confusion here, since rvm segregates gems by ruby version I'm not sure there is a great way around this.
