My Zerigo DNS add-on is not working. When I click on configure I see an 
error message:

There is a problem with your Zerigo account. Please contact support.

I have contacted Heroku support (as they themselves ask me to), and they 
have been ignoring it for the past 3 days.
The only response I got was asking what my app name was, which I have 
provided in the original request.

My DNS records are correct and have propagated properly, as I can see in 
intodns.com

Anyone encountered this before? Any help would be much appreciated!
