Thanks, this type of thing is easier diagnosed through support, so it's good there is an existing ticket. Unfortunately as you've found, regular support is only available from monday to friday. I don't have the expertise to dig into this issue, though I did find this SO article: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11930996/pgerror-error-permission-denied-for-relation which actually looks like it is yours. Can you verify that you are connecting to the correct database url. If you are using rails you can also get into your database by installing this plugin https://github.com/ddollar/heroku-sql-console and then running:
