Aaah, yes sure, I can map to sub domain, but for regular Javascript/ajax it is strict cross origin policies and this is an issue. In this sense from what I seen only App Engine offers the handy way to host static site (via app.yaml config., even url rewrites maked easy) with possibility to add backend then. Thanks!
