Same problem here after updating heroku toolbelt  :

$ heroku console
`heroku console` is now deprecated. Please use `heroku run` to run a 
console: http://bit.ly/NlhGxl.

$ heroku run console
Running `console` attached to terminal... up, run.1
bash: console: command not found


same problem with 'heroku run -a myappname rails console'
