I hope I'm not stating the obvious, but your process appears to be trying 
to connect to Redis on localhost.

I've not used Celery, but my guess is you're missing a configuration option 
or two in either your CELERY_* vars or in CACHES.

Also, should your driver be using `guest` as the username? That might be a 
good place to start looking ...
