Hi everyone!

So my client have chosen Heroku as a cloud provider for the deployments. We
need to isolate access to environment by IP(we have 2), but we don't want
to pay for Heroku spaces, as client is going to become bankrupt.

We have around ten Heroku apps per micro-services + one Heroku app per
front end. How to whitelist access to apps and still make possible for them
to communicate with each other, without Heroic spaces?

Thank you in advance!
