Hello, 

Thanks for the changes. I've tested with the new code from svn, but still 
isn't working. I think I understand the logic, and I geuss one little 
change was forgotten by ferg :

Doesn't LocaleHandle need to implement HessianHandle ?

Do I need to add a bug report for this?
