Regarding setup, particularly in a breeze:

Our camp uses portable carports for a commons area and kitchen, one of these
carports is the perfect size to construct the 6' stretch yurt. Build the
roof, move it outside, then build the walls and bring the roof back in to
tape onto the walls. Then the whole thing can be carried out with 4 people
and staked down. We build 3 this way, even on a "calm" day the one we built
outside had a little trouble with the slight breeze.
