Hey all -- I'm starting to make plans for a hexayurt project at Burning Man in 2010. I'm starting to realize it's fairly ambitious for a first attempt, but I hope I'm getting started early enough that I can pull it off without undue stress... (???)
What I'm looking to do is build a series of seven connected 6' hexayurts in a single line out on the playa: http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l44/yonderboy777/seven_temples.jpg These will be temples that ideally will each be painted a different color. (I also may build a separate hexayurt in lieu of a tent, for myself, depending on how many people accompany us in the RV). I've been poking around the message archives and plan to do so in a more thorough way when it comes closer to actual decision time.
