Re: the impossible. Of course 'we' can do anything....we're Americans. But don't let your American chauvanism lead you to think 'they' have the same motivation and ability we do. I speak from first hand knowledge having been all over the third world and even did a stint as a student with missionaries in India. Many smarter and more dedicated people than us have tried to no avail......for the past 2 centuries. It's not a matter of money. They can only do it themselves. The problem is....they are not us!!
