Hi Charka,
For American Dream we built one at the Golden Cafe using 1" thick Dow
Polyisocyanurate (insulation board) and 4" wide filament tape. It was
based on the model displayed at Green Man.
We set it up again at Evolution and will do so again at Metropolis --
Husville. It is pretty durable, even surviving someone falling on it.
