I used the recommended 6" bidi filament tape last year and covered most of it on the outside with metallic tape.
Do I need to strip the old tape or can I make do with most of last year's stuff? I see a little bubbling, but all in all, it doesn't look too bad. I guess one of my questions is how many years have other people used their original tape, just taping over the old stuff?
