For an order that size, they can probably get you Thermax HD as easily as Thermax. That's worth considering because Thermax HD is *absolutely* *brilliant* *stuff* - metal as thick as a coke can on both sides, totally rigid!
It's far-and-away the best material I have ever seen for making hexayurts for Burning Man, and I think it might be pretty good (with really well sealed edges) for semi-permanent housing in a lot of parts of the world.
