Culture of documentation. If we had a picture of every hexayurt that
had ever been built - and we're not doing badly on that front! - and a
bit of the story, the core concept which is that *anybody can do this*
would be much, much easier to get across to the NGOs.

We've had a couple of contacts from groups who are thinking in terms
of "hire a bunch of guys, build a bunch of hexayurts" and those
conversations continue, but making the jump to "you teach the people,
and they become self-sufficient for shelter in the next crisis" is
taking more work to get people to see.

Every one of you shows that the approach of "learn how to do it, do
it, live in it' actually works. Different materials would be used in a
disaster, and hopefully we'd have critical people pre-trained, but
it's always been about moving shelter into the hands of the people.
