they are not THAT sealed. if you really are worried, then leave a water fillede baffle, and plenty of air, w/ a little dust, will come in.
they use these to reclaim heat from a clothes dryer in cold climates, basiclly the air comes in, goes up over the baffele, then down into an area filled with water. then back up to exit into the space. a small 4 inch computer fan would easily drive a few hundred cubic feet an hour, much more than to even worry about.
