Hi, A couple fellow campers of mine from Flowers and the Dusty Rhino (10:00 and Initiation) are looking to build 3 hexayurts this year, most likely one H13 model and two standard 8' hexayurts honeycombed at the rear of the H13. We are still working out the details on how to connect them and if we can reduce the number of panels needed with the adjacent walls.
Would anyone be interested in the following group buy if we can get a significant discount? I am still working on finding the best deal in the Bay Area for larger quantities. - Purchasing Thermax HD or similar panels, 1.5" - 2" thick - 6" Bi-directional filament tape - 3" Bi-directional filament tape - 4" foil tape - Playa staples - anything else hexayurt related that I'm missing It would also be great to do a SF Bay Area group build day so that we can share our tips and tricks in person! We have a space in the American Steel building in West Oakland and access to a warehouse in the dogpatch neighborhood of SF. Let's save some $$$ and get building!
