The mom and pop stores probably will, and the larger stores might too. My experience is that they will, and the small lumber companies will cut everything you want on your cut list, to size, and put it in your vehicle for you. Once I measured out an entire shelving system and the yard cut it all for about $15.
The key is asking them on the phone before you go over there.
