I've just released 4.3 gigabytes of videos, lectures, slides and documents related to state failure, governance and infrastructure into the public domain. You never know when you're going to need a toolkit for thinking clearly about emergencies, infrastructure and governance, and this is a good one. Please pass it around, and consider burning a few DVDs and handing them out. It might be useful to somebody in ways we can't currently imagine.
