1 - dunno
2 - With 18mm(3/4") ply the roof will weigh 240kg (508lbs). OSB might be
preferable. We normally use 18ish people.
3- never stood on one so i can't vouch for the roof strength.

I've only seen ply constructions that heavily modify the original design for
a number of reasons. for example, the walls are pulled in a bit so rain can
run off. and the two side of the roof overlapping a bit. Some of these are
quick fixes for the disaster relief effort but some are necessary.

The standard plywood/OSB build with all mods can be seen
here<http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=ab1e2b545e05ba6919cdfa1d5f3e3e8a>.
However I'm sure if you used steel brackets and fixed it together with bolts
most of these modifications, especially the ones that resulted because of
the overlap in the roof panels, can be reversed.

Also for snow the

recomended
