Perhaps forgo the tape and bond foam to plywood. You could cut strips of wood the same length as your seems and use sheet-rock screws to hold it all together.
This approach could allow you to use scrap material that could be salvaged on-site and you wouldn't need to use expensive tape or new foam sheets. Also, when homes are being suitably rebuilt, the materials from the yurts might be suitable for re-use.
