hey dan, i think your boxes look great. expanding the no-waste model from the 4x8 triangle to conventional square land have major advantages in fitting everything mass produced inside. i would say though, that it looks to me like you've gone too rectangular to use "yurt-tech" roof band support. traditional yurts us a tension ring around the base of the roof to keep the roof from sliding down and pushing the walls out. this works for circular and effectively circular (ie hexagons, pentagons, even squares), but not so much on rectangles - too much bulgeability in the long face. so at the very least you'll need some sort of center-post or beam support to keep the roof up on this.
