Looking through the notes, EPS is not a preferred material. However, it is
more available and considerably cheaper.
With the concern about it also not being rigid, I was thinking of
reinforcing the walls with shelving.

Using a design similar to Playatech furniture, two sheets of ply could be
cut into 8 inch shelves, 6 feet long. Some vertical pieces to hold them
aloft, and suspending the top shelf around 2 feet high. 6 foot shelf, 2
foot vertical pieces, 8 foot plywood.....

run a tape seam along the top shelf to the wall of the structure. 2 sheets
of plywood would allow shelves along the 5 open walls, and some extra that
could be ripped down to 4 inches to run as stabilizers along the ground to
the vertical 2 foot pieces.

Two issues solved. The walls of the 4x8 EPS (with foil) panels are
bolstered, considerably. And there is plenty of shelving for the
occupants.
That's the thought, anyway.
