Since it seems no one has yet responded... Basically the answer depends on how much work you are willing to do on location. The short answer is that yes, it is possible to fold, store & transport an H15 in a 4x8 package. But only if your 2' wall extensions are not "permanent" and are taken apart each time. For me personally, it is not worth the effort to put on and take off the extensions each time I set up. Instead I make do with a 4x8 stack of roof panels and a 6x8 stack of wall panels. They pretty much only ever get set up on the Playa so I want to mess about with setup as little as possible. The extra 2' makes a huge difference compared to the H12 though: more luxurious accommodations, and more cumbersome transport and storage. Both in equal measure. Good luck.
