I thought I'd grab one of these for under the yurt this year, but it's taken a while to track down.
In the UK, they're sold as "Top Tarp", in India, "Silpaulin" but neither of those get any hits in the US. After digging around for a while I managed to find http://xf-plasticfilms.com, the licensor of the technology, which led me to Reef Industries and their "Permalon" product: http://www.reefindustries.com/permalon.php It's around 40c/square foot, compared to random blue poly tarps on eBay which go for ~$0.10/sq ft. But it sounds like it'll last longer. Reef are insisting on writing me up a quote and emailing me an order form I have to fill out, but if you google "permalon" you can find retailers in the US.
