The keys are probably sticking because of swelling due to humidity/damp
It will go away when the weather is drier or put the HG somewhere dry for
a few hours
Ebony keyshafts seem much less prone to this

Keys made of beech or similar hardwood can be very sensitive to damp
conditions
One raindrop on the back of the keybox can make the HG unplayable

Candle wax I don't know about
Teflon powder (wheel death Alden calls it) applied sparingly and carefully
is magic
It also speeds up the key action generally and makes it much easier to
play fast passages.
Real solution is to get a luthier to refit the offending keys

If the HG is a well known budget european model, this is a common problem
