Many excellent possibilities in this list, Scott. My favorite of the moment is 
"tumult", but "bray" has obvious attractions (re bray harps as well as donkey 
calls).

A Squawk, Drone, Complaint, Hoot, Salvo, Bray, Squall, Wail, Bleed, Protest, Tumult, or Silence would also do.       I think that as a "collective" most people would not consider us ANTI-terrorists I think they would come to the conclusion that it might be more of a terrorist organization or at least a pseudo-militia.
