Greetings... I am Stan in Tucson, Arizona USA. I was a previous subscriber to the list, but have been off-list for a few months. I am back and looking forward to hearing the discussions here again. My only experience with hurdy gurdys so far has been to build the so-called "20-dollar hurdy gurdy" from Dennis Havelena's plans posted on his web site. For the record, it does work. However, I am interested in making a more conventional style hurdy gurdy, possibly with a guitar body shape. When I figure out what I want to do, I may ask the list about source to purchase plans.
