Thank's I'll try that. I think I may have to do that on the tops of some too. I have some small up and down movement. Although new sides wouldn't be too much of a hastle. I can punch square holes with my mortiser machine really fast... Cheers, Seth

What you can do is take thin strips of parchment and glue them in the slots to reduce the vibration and dampen what does occur. Add enough strips that the keys will still slide smoothly, but won't be loose and vibrate. This is a fairly standard approach to taking care of wobbly keys in general.
