Regarding Going Home #1: The issue of Dvořak and the bagpipe tune is
not that simple: the tune isn't Dvořak’s. Going Home was a well
known folk song *before* Dvořak quoted it as a major theme in his
symphony. I don't know whether its use as a pipe tune comes directly
from the folk song or via the symphony, but it isn't clear to me that
it should be credited to Dvořak even in the latter case since he
didn't write it (although he is the only reason most people know it
now).
Regarding Going Home #2: I have sent John Redpath my transcription of
the Mary Fahl tune off list, but I won't post it publicly due to
copyright issues. If anyone is interested in having a PDF copy of the
score for personal use, please contact me off list.

That's a different song, Colin. Though how someone can call a well-

symphonic melody "Going Home" and publish it as a bagpipe tune,
without any
composer composer credit, is too much for me.
A clip of the song in question can be heard here:

Sorry, I can't help with the music though is shouldn't be difficult to
transcribe. Lyrics are available on several websites.
