I believe it was RT who proposed the following tuning to Alina for her new tekerő, but can't be sure as the mail trail was somewhat convoluted:
Do you have a piano? If so you can use that to get you in the ball park.

Just tune the melody string ( that is the one that has all the keys tuching it ) to D, just about middle C.

Then tune the string that has the buzzing bridge on it ( that would be the one closest to your body ) to the same D.
This tuning has the disadvantage that it would put the tension on the strings off (unless Alina’s instrument is set up for this tuning and I don’t know it). Standard tekerő tuning is to have the melody string on the E above middle C, the buzzing bridge tuned to the A below middle C and the bass drone to the A an octave lower. While tuning the melody string to D won't cause a problem, tuning the drones up a fourth as RT suggests could create problems, depending on the strings.
