Hi folks. If there's anyone interested that hasn't recently received a private email from me, note that on Saturday, January 19, 2008, we'll be having a gathering of hurdy-gurdy players in Chicago. One of our goals will be for the greater Chicago area players to prepare something for the University of Chicago Folk Festival, but that's only going to take part of the day. And "greater Chicago" can be interpreted __very__ loosely... :-) Otherwise, we'll get together for fun, fellowship, and making lots of cranky noise. If you want to be kept up to date as we make further plans, send me your email address and I'll add you to my list.
