You did not tell anything about the case you are in -but anyway, here's my 
advice:

How about using this 150 dollars to get someone who has the gear and knowledge 
do the recording for you? You could just concentrate on the playing.

Home recording is such a big hobby nowadays that you can certainly find someone 
who really wants, just for a change, to record your music. Many amateurs are 
really good at it too.
