Do try and buy direct from the maker (the stores make a mark up so cost you
much more so it is CHEAPER to buy direct). You will probably also need to
ask questions about YOUR instrument and the stores won't know the answers as
each maker is slightly different. Following the advice of the store will
probably ruin your HG because they just don't know enough.
Remember, each is hand made so will be just that little bit different from
every other one. A  good budget instrument will keep it's price so you can
resell it when you want a "better" one.
