I think its a Weichselbaumer alto model

These HGs have a particularily sweet, round, smooth sound

Mike has at least 3 chanterelles
I am guessing he may be playing on a low C or D chanterelle

Low G chanterelles are also very sweet, all my HGs got one

Mike Eaton is on this list and may like to set the record straight

Subject: [HG] great tune played by Mike Eaton

Hi there

Can anybody with a better ear than mine tell me what kind of tuning
(chanterelles, drones, etc) does Eaton has on this marvellous tune?

Are his chanterelles (at least one of them) an octave apart? Is this an alto
HG - it sounds almost cello-like... Great!

Augusto
