As requested, I removed both of these list members.
If you want to do this yourself, or have changed your address and
need to take off an old address and add a new one, here's the page

Everybody, please - open your browser, go to the page, and bookmark
it so you can be "list-capable". I don't really mind doing the admin
stuff, but it clutters up the list and sometimes takes me a little
while to get around to it.
