I have just re-subscribed to the list on gmail as my comcast account was being shunned. Had a long go-around with comcast and with Alden and the current solution is to use gmail. (Not only hurdy- gurdy's are complicated) In case there has not been enough talk about Folklife in Seattle, it is Fri-Mon, May 23-26, and I'd love to know what other hg folk might be here. I will be about, playing at the Bagley Lawn acoustic stage with Chris Wright on Sat. at 1pm, and there will be a French tune workshop put on by Ruthie Dornfeld and Jeremiah McLane that should be fun on Sun in the Shaw Room at noon. Check for other events at the Folklife website, and I hope for some jam sessions as well.
